RRSF Schedule<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

Please be aware that the Regina Regional Science Fair schedule has changed from 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

The 2026 RRSF will be held IN PERSON<\/span><\/h3>\r\n

on March 26 and March 27.<\/h2>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

Judging will take place on March 26 between 6pm and 9pm<\/h2>\r\n

The awards ceremony will take place on March 27 beginning at 7:30pm<\/h2>\r\n

1:00 p.m. \u2013 3:00 p.m.<\/td>\r\nProject Set-Up and Safety Checks<\/td>\r\nThe exhibit hall will be in the Research and Innovation Center Atrium at the University of Regina. Projects need to be set-up and safety checked before 2:00 p.m.\u00a0 The RRSF recommends that students plan to arrive by 1:15 at the latest.<\/strong><\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
2:00 p.m. \u2013 4:15p.m.<\/td>\r\nEYES Activities<\/td>\r\nStudents will get to experience some hands on Science with EYES!<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
4:30 p.m. \u2013 5:45 p.m.<\/td>\r\nSupper<\/td>\r\nStudents will be provided supper before judging takes place. Please reach out to reginarsf@gmail.com if you have any dietary restrictions.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.<\/td>\r\nJudging<\/td>\r\nStudents need to be back to the RIC atrium in the University of Regina for judging. This process takes approximately 3 hours. Parents should plan to pick up students at 9:00 p.m. This portion of the event is closed to all members of the public.<\/strong><\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Please do not plan to pick up your child before 9 p.m. as we cannot guarantee that the judging process will be complete before 9 p.m.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.<\/td>\r\nPublic Viewing<\/td>\r\nThe exhibit hall will be opened for parents and community members to view the projects. Students should be at their projects to answer questions. RRSF volunteers will be in attendance.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.<\/td>\r\nTear Down<\/td>\r\nStudents will remove their projects from the display area.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.<\/td>\r\nAwards Ceremony<\/td>\r\n\u00a0<\/em>Guests will adjourn to the RIC 119 Auditorium for the awards ceremony.<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.<\/td>\r\nMeeting with CWSF Finalists<\/td>\r\nCWSF Finalists and Parents will meet to discuss the trip to the Canada-Wide Science Fair 2026 in Edmonton, AB<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n
