Project Set-up and checks:

  • March 31st: Project Set Up between 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm
  • April 1st: Arrival between 8:00 am and 8:30 am

Judging: 

  • Evening of March 31st

December 15th,  2025 Registration Open
March 1st, 2026 Stage 1 of Registration Closes- these required components must be completed:
  • personal background information
  • project information: project title, project classification (discovery or innovation), project summary/abstract (150 words)
March 23rd, 2026 Stage 2 of Registration Closes- these required components must be completed:
  • any remaining sections of registration
  • permission forms (parental consent for participation and media consent)
  • Project Board (please note that this is a REQUIRED component of our fair)
March 31st, 2026 Day 1 of 2026 Saskatoon Regional Science Fair (see schedule below)
April 1st, 2026 Day 2 of 2026 Saskatoon Regional Science Fair (see schedule below)
