The Saskatoon Regional Science Fair is a fantastic opportunity for students to explore, experiment, and share their discoveries.<\/p>\r\n
Saskatoon Regional Science Fair \u2013 March 31\u00a0& April 1st<\/sup>, 2026<\/b><\/p>\r\n Students have two options to participate in this year\u2019s fair:<\/p>\r\n Prior to registering, please ensure your project meets the criteria of one of these Youth Science Canada project categories:<\/p>\r\n Innovation:<\/strong><\/span> Develop and evaluate new devices, models, theorems, physical theories, techniques, or methods in technology, engineering, computing, natural science, or social science.<\/p>\r\n Discovery (Experiments or Studies): <\/strong><\/span>Undertake an investigation to test a scientific hypothesis by the experimental method. At least one independent variable is manipulated; other variables are controlled.<\/p>\r\n If you are uncertain that your ideas meet the projects descriptions above, contact us using the form on the contact tab.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Teachers may organize a class science fair and register their event by using the form on the contact tab. From this event, the\u00a0top four projects<\/strong> will be selected to represent the class at the regional level.<\/li>\r\n
If you are not organizing a class fair, individual students may enter the regional fair directly with their own project.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
