April 9th -BRSF Project Display set up for all grade 4- grade 12( 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.)
April 10th– BRSF Project Display set up for all grade 4- grade 12 (7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m. )
April 10th- Judging for for all grade 4- grade 12 begins at 8:30 a.m.
- First Round Judging Ends: 1:00 PM
- Second Round Notifications:
- Students will be notified if they proceed to the second round.
- Students not advancing may return to afternoon classes, as arranged by their schools.
- After lunch from 1-2 PM , there will be optional science workshops and activities for all youth. You can either leave at 1:00 and return at 4:45 for the Awards Ceremony, which will begin at 5:00, or participate in the workshops.
- NOTE: All students who will be staying for the afternoon MUST participate in the workshops. 2:00 – 4:30 p.m. – STEM Activities and Workshops!
- Second Round Notifications:
4:30 – 4:55 p.m. – Project Viewing – Students will be able to walk around, view other projects by competitors, and have meaningful conversations.
Awards Ceremony: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Please fill the Bison Regional Science Fair 2025 Participant Registration section-question 1-13 and Safety checklist from Section-2-questions 14-31. You need to fill only one registration form as a group project.
Registration fee per student is $40. Students can work as a group project ( 2 students per project) and fee for group is 2X$40 = $80. It can be made by one of the following methods:
