Important Dates

• The deadline to register students is March 2nd
• Advanced judging will be the afternoon / evening of April 13 unless otherwise noted by your district representative (i.e. Merritt / Clinton etc). Families will be notified in advance of scheduled timeslot for judging; families will have the chance to pick preferred times in a survey distributed when all registration is complete. Having accurate email addresses for parents / guardians is important for confirming scheduling, so thank you in advance for registering with accurate details.
• The 2026 Cariboo Mainline Regional Science Fair will be April 14th at the TRU gymnasium. It is up to the school and supervising teacher to arrange for field trip forms and transportation.
• The top achieving projects (highest finishing 10 %) of from grade 5-12 students may participate.
• There are nearly $10,000 in cash prizes, awards, scholarships and opportunities available to our region; to view them visit here. Awards are determined annually.
